If you’re a blogger trying to earn a living with your trade, you know that the road to success is paved with hard work and solid writing, so you have to work very hard if you want to make money online with your blog.

These ads could be placed on the top or side or bottom of your blog depending on your choice.

There are many contextual advertising companies on the internet that will allow you to make money with them. What you will be required to do is to sign up for their publisher account and place their code on your blog so that you will be supplied with ads. Examples are: googleadsense.com, chitika.com, adbrite.com, bidvertiser.com and many others. You can make decent money from these sites once you have a blog. Most of them pay on PPC & PPM basis.

If you are not interested in partnering with those contextual advertising company, you can set your own price for advertiser to contact you directly instead of signing up a publisher account with contextual advertising company. But before anybody can advertise on your blog, you must have had a reasonable amount of traffic because no one will like partnering with a non traffic blog.

Let assume your blog focuses on “Scholarship & Free Tuition”, you can easily promote eBooks related to free tuition institutions and if your readers are interested and make a purchase from your link, that will make you some money. Some of the affiliate networks you can partner with are: Amazon.com, Cj.com, Clickbank.com, Ebay.com, you can research the rest on Google.

3. Sell Your Own Product & Services
Once your blog have a huge audience, you have the opportunity to sell your own product and services to them. But you must not have the motive of taking advantage of them and abscond with their money. Selling your own product or service serves as additional revenue.

You can sell manuals (e-book, mp3 & Video), Render services (SEO, Freelance writing, Freelance Programming, or Freelance designing). You have to be creative before you can make money with this.
